Adel Taarabt has emerged as a potential target for Blackburn Rovers Football Club.
Since they were taken over by Indian business The Venky’s Group earlier this season, the Lancashire club have been linked with a number of top names.
Indeed, in January they tried to lure Brazilian superstar Ronaldinho from Milan, and his compatriot Luis Fabiano from Sevilla, albeit without success.
It is now being suggested that amongst Rovers targets for the summer window is Taarabt, who has been sensational for Queens Park Rangers this season.
The Londoners are currently leading the Championship table as we approach the business end of the campaign, and promotion would likely keep the 21-year-old at Loftus Road.
In the event Taarabt did decide to leave, though, he is almost certain to only do so for a team in European competition, which would rule out a switch to Ewood Park.
